Stewart House is a coastal renovation currently in the design phase. Located just a short walk from the beach in Lennox Head on the NSW North Coast. Designed for a mother and daughter, the project transforms an existing home into a laid back yet refined sanctuary through a series of thoughtful cosmetic updates.
Natural materials such as travertine and timber bring warmth and texture to the interiors, creating a palette that feels both calm and luxurious. A new pool and reimagined front entry with privacy screening create a sense of arrival and retreat, shifting the experience of the home toward relaxation and ease.
This project reflects Project Habitation’s commitment to climate responsive, place-specific design. Stewart House will be a quietly elegant home anchored in its coastal setting, tuned to the rhythms of daily life, and tailored to the people who live there.
