HARRIS HOUSE
ALTERATION AND ADDITION . BRISBANE
Set on a double block in Hawthorne, Harris House reimagines a character home formerly used as a convalescence house. This alteration and addition responds to the changing needs of a growing family with a love of entertaining, bringing a new chapter to the home’s history. Australian spotted gum linings introduce warmth and texture, complemented by burnished concrete and Carrara stone to create a welcoming setting for everyday family life and gatherings with friends.
